Prior to forming WHN Consulting, Mr. Novak served as the Chief of Energy & Water Division for the Tennessee Public Utility Commission for 19 years. In addition, he previously served as Vice President of Rates & Regulatory Compliance for Atlanta Gas Light Company for four years.
