WHN Consulting has provided assistance to public utility commissions and state consumer advocates in nine state jurisdictions.  Mr. Novak has over 35 years of experience providing utility consulting and expert witness testimony for gas, electric and water utilities.  

  
Prior to forming WHN Consulting, Mr. Novak served as the Chief of Energy & Water Division for the Tennessee Public Utility Commission for 19 years. In addition, he previously served as Vice President of Rates & Regulatory Compliance for Atlanta Gas Light Company for four years.
